So the IRS is trying to chase the editors of the Earth First! Journal up a tree. About a week ago we received a very alarming letter which states that fines unpaid ($1998 bucks) stemming from some infraction in 2008 will be met with the seizing of our property after October 13, should we fail to pay in full.
What is an eco-radical think-tank to do in times like these. We’ve considered appealing to Obama for a bail-out but fear the Occupy the Journal Office movement. We’ve called for subscriber and online reader support, but haven’t been able to raise the funds to stop this action.
