In February 2012, Victor was sentenced to five years in prison after he pleaded guilty to one count of attempted burglary and one count of “releasing an animal from an animal facility.”

Victor and his co-defendant/wife Kellie were arrested in October 2011 near a mink farm in Sioux City, Iowa. Kellie has pled not guilty; her trial is scheduled to begin in March.
