From the Associated Press: “The Lincoln Police Department began making arrests Monday morning when a handful of the several dozen protesters refused to leave an access route where they were blocking trucks headed to the construction site. Lincoln Fire Chief Phillip Dawson says the five were charged with criminal trespass.
“Jonathan Carter, of the Maine Forest Ecology Network, says the arrested include an 82-year-old man who’s a member of Friends of Lincoln Lakes.”
